About The Position

Slot Attendants provide friendly, engaging, and efficient service to casino guests while monitoring and maintaining slot machines on the gaming floor. They are responsible for assisting guests with machine operation, payouts, and minor troubleshooting, while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls. Slot Attendants promote a positive guest experience by delivering prompt, courteous service, accurately handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized gaming environment. Attention to detail, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer service are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Proficient with iOS devices
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency
  • Courteous, friendly, outgoing personality is essential
  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
  • Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period

Responsibilities

  • Actively patrols assigned sections looking for opportunities to surprise and delight guests, while enhancing guest’s slot entertainment experience by creating a fun, high-energy environment
  • Displays attentive, upbeat, and enthusiastic behavior during each “Moment of Truth” interaction throughout the shift
  • Develops customer loyalty by delivering unparalleled guest interactions as directed by company trained initiatives
  • Clearly communicates functionality of Slot Floor
  • Responds to the right customers in the right order for service requests including slot dispatch, slot candle lights, radio, and customers while meeting or exceeding department service standards
  • Verifies and countersigns hand paid jackpots
  • Resolves guest complaints through the use of “Service Recovery” with a sense of urgency and empathy with approved levels of authority
  • Professional appearance, excellent personal hygiene and etiquette is a must
  • All other duties as assigned
