SUMMARY: Responsible for accurate payout of slot machine jackpots and all paperwork for those transactions. Responsible for ensuring a timely response to customer’s needs.
Requirements
- All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission License.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Accurately paying out all slot machine jackpots and completing all paperwork.
- Servicing minor slot machine malfunctions.
- Able to perform basic preventative machine maintenance.
- Verifying change bank impress totals, preparing paperwork, closing and opening banks.
- Knowing slot machine code errors.
- Maintain a constant presence throughout the casino floor in order to assist guests on how to play and read the machines
- Complete necessary sign in and out sheets for radios/keys.
- Understand and follow proper procedures for radio usage.
