We are looking to add a Sales Leader to our State, Local and Education team. As a Leader, you are responsible for managing a team of quota carrying sales representatives focused on direct sales within State & Local government agencies as well as Educational Institutions across the Great Lakes Region. You will collaborate to define strategy and overall business planning for accounts that fall within this sector. You will provide feedback, coaching and training, ensuring team quota attainment, driving activity levels, and implementing process efficiency changes to drive maximum productivity. You are responsible for both new customer acquisition efforts as well as up-sell and cross-sell efforts into existing Zoom relationships. As part of Zoom’s SLED Sales team, you will expand our presence across the Great Lakes territory (Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia). You will partner with product specialists and channel organizations to deliver tailored UCaaS, Voice, and Contact Center solutions. You will collaborate with a supportive team committed to driving growth in Government and Education.
