At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling – to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. The Sea-Launched Cruise Missile-Nuclear (SLCM-N) program is a critical Navy initiative designed to provide the United States with a "non-strategic regional presence" that deters adversaries. To support the successful development of the SLCM-N missile, Raytheon must establish state-of-the-art lab facilities, missile assembly areas, and secure information systems that meet program requirements. As the SLCM-N Ecosystem Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating with Raytheon facilities, security, digital technology (DT), cyber security, the SLCM-N IPTLs, and the Chief Engineer (CE) to plan, fund, and execute the standup and certification of all SLCM-N program-required labs, missile assembly facilities, and information systems. Reporting directly to the SLCM-N Program Director, you will represent the interests of the program team in all facility-related coordination, ensuring all infrastructure is completed on time to support integration, testing, and a rapidly growing team. This role requires experience with lab facility standards, construction planning, and working with external contractors to evaluate and execute facility plans.
