About The Position

The Maintenance Call Center Operator (Skilled Tradesman) is responsible for monitoring critical systems that serve the medical, educational, and research facilities on the UAMS Campus. These systems are vital to the safety, comfort, and general wellbeing of patients, students and employees. The Call Center Operator also facilitates workflow by creating work orders for various departments within UAMS, this is vital to the timely response to facility related issues and customer work requests.

Requirements

• HS Diploma plus 5 years of maintenance experience or call center experience
• Computer program proficiency level: Intermediate

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of maintenance in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring critical systems that serve the medical, educational, and research facilities on the UAMS Campus.
• Facilitates workflow by creating work orders for various departments within UAMS
