About The Position

We are seeking several skilled assemblers who have a knack for building, fixing and tinkering. We build high-end sliding and hinged metal and wood doors, and we need your talent! If you enjoy working with your hands building cool products you can be proud of, come and take a look at our shop to see what we are building. Requirements

• Amazing and verifiable wood and/or metalworking skills that you have honed over a career- (cabinet building, finishing carpentry, furniture building, welding or fabrication, etc.)
• Ability to use hand tools to create products that your friends and family would be proud to display in their homes
• The desire to work until the job is done…leaving no detail unaddressed
• An attitude that will allow you to work effectively with a team; desire to make those around you better
• The patience to learn a proven process and the innovation to help fine-tune that process
• The ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a high level of quality
• The ability to bend, twist, carry and stand for 10+ hours at a time
