About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Diecutter Operator to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN (55428). In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our die-cutting operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you! This is a 2nd shift position with a 4-10 schedule. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Flatbed Diecutter Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flat bed die-cutting machines to produce high-quality products.
• Inspect and monitor the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die-cutting equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
• Document production data and report any issues to management.
• Train and mentor new operators as needed.
