Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first). We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. The Ski Valet plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members by ensuring their ski equipment is organized, maintained, and ready for use. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and represents Kindred Resort with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-profile members.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely move large ski racks.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in winter conditions.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Previous guest service experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prompt delivery of members’ skis when they are ready to ski.
  • Retrieve skis from car valet and transport them safely to storage or designated areas.
  • Organize and stage skis for daily and weekly use.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all ski and snowboard equipment.
  • Coordinate ski tuning services, including delivery, retrieval, and documentation.
  • Log daily ski activity for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Greet members by name and engage in friendly, professional conversation.
  • Anticipate member needs by monitoring arrivals and departures on the snow.
  • Respond to member requests promptly and courteously.
  • Handle guest questions and complaints calmly and rationally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including ski storage and outdoor spaces.
  • Perform regular “sweeps” of the club to ensure tidiness in lounges, restrooms, and common areas
  • Assist with light club operations as needed.
  • Exhibit a cooperative attitude and take direction from peers and managers.
  • Be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
