About The Position

Overview Job Opportunity in North Phoenix! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to lead the daily operations within our Scanning & Mail Department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, great attention to detail and the ability to guide a team in a customer focused environment. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in mail scan process, shipping/receiving or related operations
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Computer skills necessary (Microsoft Office, tracking systems, etc)
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. walk and stand for extended periods
  • Willing to adhere to company background and drug screening test

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily mail center operations with receiving mail, open and scan
  • Ensure timely processing, delivery and distribution
  • Lead, train and support staff to maintain high service and performance standards
  • Motivate workflow, staffing and productivity
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly logs, reports of mail, scans, packages and supplies
  • Weekly payroll for staff
  • Act as primary point of contact for the clients
  • Attend monthly meetings to update site operations
