Requirements
- Must have prior barista experience and related supervisory/retail leadership is a plus.
- Strong service orientation, POS/cash handling knowledge, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts, maintain product standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop baristas in service, preparation, and company standards.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory tasks, and operational documentation.
