About The Position

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supporting the site services team and other administrative support services in a legal environment. Ideal candidates have great customer service skills, mail/copy experience, be proficient within the Microsoft Suite of support programs and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Work Hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8:30AM - 5:30PM NO NIGHTS/WEEKENDS The Opportunity: IST is looking for friendly, service-oriented, customer-focused people with a passion for excellence. Position Details: This direct hire role is full-time, hours operate between Monday - Friday and typically are 8:30am - 5:30pm (occasionally fluctuating due to planned events). Business professional dress code and standards are required. Hourly Co mpensation: $17.00-19.00 USD per hour, DOE Amenities: New facility, great working environment! FREE PARKING!

Requirements

  • Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Prior legal reception and/or legal secretarial support is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Acting as receptionist/main office contact
  • Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Main reception support, conference room set-up and re-set, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
  • Sort/scan mail and documents with high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in fast paced environment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
