We're lookin g for a season ed Site Superintendent to lead and manage the on-site execution of our premier residential construction projects. As the linchpin of our field operations, you will be responsible fo r ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to our uncompromising standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have great facilitation , organizing, and communication skills with an eye for excellence and quality.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on residential construction management experience
• Knowledge of site planning , building code requirements, and the trades
• Strong motivation , organizational, and coordination skills
• Advanced planning skills and sense of urgency
• Strong communication skills
• Eye for details and residential construction workflow best practices

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct progress of day-to-day construction activities at multiple construction sites
• Manage competing priorities, foster a productive work environment that adheres to project plans, an d direct on-site personnel, including subcontractors, suppliers, and company employees
• Proactively manage and adjust schedules to maintain project timelines while ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, internal quality standards, and building codes
• Serve as a key onsite point of contact for clients, conduct weekly walkthroughs, and effectively address client questions or concerns , as well as s tand in for the Project Manager when needed
• Drive and monitor progress, punch lists, and maintain secure, clean, and organized s ites
• Champion and enforce strict adherence to all safety regulations , company safety , and c onduct regular safety meetings and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other required project documentation as well as communicate project status and potential issues to the Project Manager and internal team
