Position Overview: The Site Superintendent will be responsible for bidding, planning, and executing all day to day operations for hth companies at the location assigned. Candidate will be working with industrial insulation, scaffold, and industrial cleaning crews. Additional trades may be required if requested by the customer. Candidate may be required to travel, and may be expected to work weekends and holidays as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet client needs. Position is the main point of contact for all things related to the client, therefor a successful candidate will be required to attend meetings on behalf of and in representation of hth companies.

Requirements

Must have five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
Candidate must be knowledgeable of different high-pressure hydro blast equipment including the different tips and pressures ranging from 10,000 psi- 40,000 psi.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the supervision of a crew involving high pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work and general cleanup, etc. in a plant-based setting.
Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.
Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application.
Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program
Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.
Actively develops and maintains a high-performing team that is dedicated to customer service.
Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
