Using market research, regulatory insights, and spatial data, we help decision -makers navigate complex site selection processes. As we expand our scope, we continue to leverage data -driven strategies to optimize site selection for impactful development. Overview: We are seeking a detail -oriented and analytical intern to assist with site selection, research, and data organization. This role provides exposure to advanced methods for evaluating locations, studying zoning laws, and organizing data to support strategic decision -making. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in real estate, urban planning, business development, or data analytics. While experience with data tools and software is a plus, it is not required—curiosity and a willingness to learn are just as valuable.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recognize patterns.
- Interest in real estate, urban planning, business development, or data analytics.
- Detail -oriented with strong organizational and problem -solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with company objectives.
- Prior experience with research, data visualization, or business analysis is a plus but not required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Excel, databases, or mapping software (such as GIS tools).
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or web scraping for data analysis.
- Interest in technology -driven decision -making and working with large datasets.
Responsibilities
- Location Research: Analyze potential sites based on key development factors.
- Regulatory Research: Study zoning laws, land use policies, and other regulations that impact site selection.
- Data Organization & Reporting: Work with spreadsheets and mapping tools to organize, analyze, and present key insights.
- General Support: Assist with research, data collection, and business development efforts.
