The Enterprise Endpoint Engineering team is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead the analysis, configuration, monitoring, and automation of the Nexthink platform. In this role, the engineer will help define and implement NBCU’s strategy for leveraging device analytics to modernize and optimize the end-user computing lifecycle. This position will play a key role in advancing NBCU’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) by utilizing Nexthink’s analytics and automation capabilities to proactively identify issues, improve endpoint performance, and enhance overall employee productivity. The engineer will incorporate device telemetry and analytics into engineering strategies that align with the team’s broader roadmap, including proactive monitoring to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support a targeted PC refresh program based on device health and performance insights. Expertise in scripting, monitoring, automation, and incident prevention will be instrumental in shaping NBCU’s DEX strategy and enabling a more seamless, efficient, and data-driven end-user computing environment.
