About The Position

The Site Operations Manager will oversee all site activities, ensuring efficient operations from procurement through production and delivery. This role is critical for maintaining smooth workflows, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in biochemical manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading management-level staff.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in environments with mechanical parts and chemicals.
• Strong reasoning, math, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in biochemical manufacturing operations (10+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage procurement, inventory, and logistics effectively.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory audit processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Oracle NetSuite.

• Experience with advanced data analysis for operational performance.
• Experience with coaching and employee development initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and scientific software.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory goals and coordinate material allocation.
