About The Position

Merchandise and manage product listings on the e-commerce site, ensuring an engaging and seamless shopping experience. Schedule and maintain all marketing assets on site. Set up and QA promotions on site before final review. Analyze key website KPIs and A/B test results to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Implement data-driven recommendations to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to align site merchandising with brand initiatives. Learn and adapt to new tools and platforms quickly to enhance site functionality and efficiency. Stay informed on e-commerce trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising and marketing, preferably with retail brands.
  • Experience working with Shopify and their suite of tools including discounts and product catalog management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess A/B test results, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Algolia or similar merchandising tools preferred.
  • Experience with Builder.io or similar headless asset management tools preferred.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools preferred.
