The Site Merchandising Manager plays a key role in driving the commercial performance, merchandising strategy, and digital experience of SKIMS. This role blends the art and science of merchandising—pairing customer intuition and brand storytelling with data, testing, and structure. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Growth, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Analytics to build scalable site foundations that support growth, conversion, and ensure customers can easily discover, understand, and shop our product assortment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or digital experience.
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising best practices, UX principles, and digital customer journeys.
  • Experience building or managing site taxonomy, navigation, filters, or product categorization at scale.
  • Experience merchandising large assortments and managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Proficient in merchandising and ecommerce analytics

Responsibilities

  • Contribute directly to the commercial performance and digital experience of SKIMS.
  • Develop site merchandising strategies that support product launches, seasonal moments, and key business priorities
  • Own and evolve site taxonomy, navigation, and category architecture to improve product discovery, usability, and scalability.
  • Champion customer-first merchandising through improved navigation, strategic categorization, and data-backed product sorting
  • Own core ecommerce KPIs related to on-site conversion, AOV, sell-through, and product performance, with accountability for translating results into action
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Creative teams to ensure site structure and experience reflects assortment strategy and availability, while supporting brand storytelling
  • Build category recommendations that reflect the nuances of different product types, customer intent, and shopping behaviors
  • Improve processes and documentation to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Provide occasional early-morning or late-night support during major launches, site updates, or time-sensitive business needs
