About The Position

Manager, Site Merchandising – Collectibles Want to help lead the way in redefining how collectors shop online? The Manager, Site Merchandising – Collectibles plays a critical role in shaping the end-to-end site experience for one of eCommerce’s most passionate and fast-growing categories. This role blends strong executional ownership with creative merchandising to deliver a frictionless, engaging, and inspiring experience for collectors.You’ll oversee the day-to-day site experience for Collectibles, translating assortment strategies and customer insights into compelling digital experiences. From content and navigation to campaigns and launches, you’ll partner cross-functionally to drive engagement, conversion, and long-term customer loyalty. You’re a visionary, constantly looking for ways to set the Collectibles experience apart through enhanced functionality, improved discovery, and compelling digital merchandising. You use data and insights to make informed, impactful decisions and can translate complex analytics into clear actions and site improvements. You’ll make an impact by: Leading the content and site merchandising strategy You’ll drive the holistic site merchandising and content strategy for Collectibles, executing against the FY27 strategy and vision for the category. Using customer insights and category trends, you’ll tell a cohesive story and deliver a seamless site experience. You’ll oversee site functionality including navigation, hierarchy, taxonomy, search and browse, brand and category experiences, and new item onboarding, ensuring day-to-day execution aligns with strategic priorities and business goals. Telling a story through the site You’ll identify key collectible stories such as exclusives, limited releases, seasonal moments, and emerging sub-categories, defining a storytelling roadmap that shapes where and how we invest. You’ll use core site functionality to enhance discovery, elevate perception, and build customer trust and loyalty. Developing seasonal and event-based campaign strategy You’ll manage the short- and long-term site merchandising strategy for Collectibles campaigns, launches, and events, translating assortment strategies into compelling site experiences that deliver against business and financial objectives. Working collaboratively with Marketing and Editorial You’ll drive campaign strategy, planning, and execution in partnership with Marketing and Editorial teams. You’ll provide insights to Merchant partners based on historical performance and customer behavior to influence future campaigns, execute within agreed timelines and quality standards, and share post-campaign learnings. Leveraging data to optimize the site experience You’ll leverage data, reporting, and analytical insights to set goals, measure success, and continuously refine the site merchandising and content strategy. You’ll monitor site health and performance through key metrics and dashboards. Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders You’ll advise and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practices and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the Collectibles site experience. Operating with excellence You’ll land the fundamentals and help scale best-in-class workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do. You’ll support the development of associates on the team to build capabilities, skills, and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years related experience in Merchandising, Site Merchandising, or related field
  • Masters Degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience managing a team
  • 3+years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment
  • Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer
  • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures
  • Ability to select and develop a team of future leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
  • Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • ECommerce merchandising, UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Business Management, or related area, Master's degree in Merchandising, Visual Design, Business Management, or related area Masters: Business
