About The Position

The Site Merchandiser is responsible for managing the day-to-day business needs when it comes to the Women’s digital assortment. They will assist in executing the seasonal product launch process, tracking down and managing product data, assets, maintaining and communicating ETA dates. This role will primarily focus on the Women’s Bottom’s business to ensure we’re achieving business goals by leveraging our Site Merchandising tools across automations, product recommendations and the customer journey. This role will own key site merchandising strategies as well as interacting and collaborating with many cross functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Site Merchandising, DTC or digital support role.
  • High attention to detail in organization and execution of tasks
  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical skillset
  • Passionate about Site Merchandising and consumer obsessed.
  • Self-starter, problem solver, enthusiastic team player.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Suite, Confluence, and Shopify is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day Business Needs of the Women’s digital assortment
  • Responsible for Site Merchandising across Women’s catalog
  • Assisting and overseeing the Seasonal Product Launch process (4X year)
  • Assisting the Site Merchandising Manager with key strategic initiatives to continue to drive financial targets and achieve KPIs, while owning the Women’s Bottoms business.
  • Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of on-site product data, tasked with continuous optimization in how we improve our processes and automations in this workflow.
  • Key Partnership with Site Experience, CRO, SEO, Product, Technology, Marketing, Creative and Customer Service
  • Own & provides analytics and metrics for performance and recaps for weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting needs.
  • Own & collaborate with Site Experience Team to determine and deliver customer journey flow for content planning and asset requests through copy & creating briefing process, including maintaining up-to-date brief details in Asana.
  • Contributes to innovative Site Enhancements and plays a key role in ownership within Seasonal Strategy across GTM and channel specific needs.
  • Intaking feedback on areas of opportunity through open communication with Customer Service team to maintain best in class online experience
