About The Position

Holley Performance Brands is seeking a data-driven Site Merchandiser to act as the digital store owner for their division. This role is responsible for onsite revenue performance, product prioritization, and conversion optimization across the brand’s ecommerce experience. You will manage homepage strategy, promotional execution, category merchandising, and new product activations while partnering cross-functionally with Paid Media, Email/CRM, Product Marketing, and the Ecommerce Center of Excellence (COE). You will operate within enterprise frameworks while owning brand-level execution and growth outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising or a similar role(3-5 years)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for online retail

  • Automotive knowledge/familiarity with Holley Performance Brands preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive division-level DTC revenue performance in partnership with Marketing leadership
  • Optimize conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and revenue per session
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance trends and act quickly on opportunities
  • Manage homepage storytelling, featured products, and campaign placements
  • Prioritize products and collections based on performance, launches, and margin
  • Optimize category pages (PLP), sorting rules, filters, and on-site search experience
  • Execute promotional strategies aligned to divisional goals and enterprise guardrails
  • Coordinate execution with Paid Media and Email campaigns
  • Ensure promotional accuracy, clarity, and strong product positioning
  • Identify high-performing and high-margin SKUs for visibility
  • Support new product launches with strategic placement and discoverability
  • Identify underperforming categories and recommend corrective action
  • Partner with Paid Media to align landing pages with campaign intent
  • Collaborate with Email/CRM teams to ensure cohesive onsite experiences
  • Work with Product Data and Content teams to improve product detail completeness
  • Coordinate with COE Site Merchandising Lead on structural changes and best practices
  • Analyze category-level performance and funnel metrics
  • Identify conversion friction and merchandising opportunities
  • Bring actionable insights and recommendations to division leadership
  • Own on-page SEO across the product catalog — including product titles, meta titles, meta descriptions, and alt text — ensuring alignment between search intent and product content
  • Develop and optimize category page copy that balances keyword relevance with a compelling customer-facing tone
  • Support internal linking strategy to pass authority to key categories and product pages
  • Stay current on Google algorithm updates and eCommerce SEO best practices
