The Site Merchandising team enhances the digital shopping journey. They provide an optimized digital experience for pet parents backed by best-in-class, data-driven insights and are accountable to the company's priorities. Their responsibilities include driving the digital business, testing and iterating capabilities, content management, product shelf optimization, and business analysis. The Sr. Site Merchandiser is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of category-specific experiences across browse and search journeys to maximize engagement, conversion, and overall site performance. This position requires expertise in internal search behavior, product grid strategy, and on-site merchandising performance. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities through search term analysis, trend identification, and performance insights to continuously improve the customer experience. In partnership with cross-functional teams, this role will ensure that key product listing pages (PLPs) reflect strategic priorities, including promotional moments and seasonal trends, while contributing to a seamless end-to-end shopping journey across facets and grid optimization.
