About The Position

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate site visits to conduct inspections, evaluate specific areas of concern, and collect necessary data to distribute to the team. Interact with municipal and county officials to assist with permit acquisition and to foster the relationship between the client and local government. Ability to respond to changes and unique challenges which may arise during the investigation process. Assist with the coordination of deliverables during the preconstruction process. Utilize investigation and communication skills with clients and landowners. Assist in the pre-qualification process of subcontractors/vendors and conduct site visits with appropriate parties. Identify water sources to use for construction and identify local utility for temporary power sources. Identify major risk items and create plans to mitigate those risks. Participate in community events and town halls when requested by the client. Assist with the transition from the preconstruction phase to the construction phase by transferring information gained from site investigations to the construction team. Assist with quarterly training and orientations at the Denver office when requested by manager. Ability to travel up 75% of the time. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience Must possess a valid driver's license and qualify as an approved driver for Primoris Services Corporation. PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Environmental experience Prior solar industry experience Knowledge of construction/preconstruction Public speaking and superior communication skill Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits and Pay: Paid Company Holidays Paid Time Off We provide paid sick leave as required by Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Short Term/Long Term Disability, 401K with matching contribution. Salary $85k - $95k annually, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
