Main Missions: Supports the HR Manager or HR Business Partner with various HR activities and tasks. Provides human resources and administrative support to the organization to meet the business objectives. Leads recruitment efforts and owns the hiring process. Conducts new hire orientation. Primary point of contact for questions or concerns related to employee benefits and payroll. Assists/conducts investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations.
