About The Position

This Site Coordinator serves as the hub of daily operations and guest experience, ensuring the facility runs smoothly while providing a welcoming, responsive, and organized point of support for visitors, members, and internal needs.

Requirements

At least 2 years strong customer service experience.
Dependable team member who consistently shows up on time and prepared to contribute.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with t he ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Manual dexterity and coordination to operate small push buttons, keys and switches associated with electronic devices and computers.
Ability to operate video equipment during productions and education courses.
Proficiency in database use, basic web maintenance, mac office software, spreadsheet programs and deskto p publishing.
Able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to general inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
Track and manage facility usage requests, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional, welcoming interactions with clients, visitors, and community members
Maintain and update internal databases and records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Utilize established templates to prepare contracts and related documentation
Perform basic room setups for clients, including arranging tables, chairs, and other requested configurations
Conduct facility tours for prospective clients and community members, highlighting available spaces and services
Monitor and replenish consumable inventory, including office supplies, copy paper, paper towels, soap, and related items
Perform routine inspections and maintain cleanliness of shared spaces, including periodic cleaning and organization of the facility refrigerator
Support general day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming environment
