Site Coordinator (City of Alameda Drop in Center) In-Person Full-Time (40 hours per week) Position in Alameda, CA (Exempt) Who We Are Ruby's Place dba Restorative Pathways (RP) is an innovative nonprofit committed to ending domestic violence, human trafficking, and violent crime through hope, advocacy and connection. You Are Also: Minimum of two years of experience working in homelessness services, shelter programs, or related social service settings. Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to respond effectively to crisis situations and support de-escalation efforts. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. What You Will Do The Site Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Drop In Center (Day Center, Night Shelter & Safe Park program) by ensuring services run smoothly, safely, and in alignment with program guidelines. This role plays a key part in coordinating day-to-day site activities, supporting staff, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment for participants. The Site Coordinator works closely with the Program Manager to ensure consistent program implementation, staff coordination, and quality service delivery. This position provides on-site leadership during shifts, helps address operational issues as they arise, and supports both staff and participants in navigating services and program expectations. The ideal candidate has experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and understands the dynamics of shelter environments, participant engagement, and crisis response.
