The Case Manager provides direct services to individuals accessing the Drop In Center (Day Center, Night Shelter & Safe Park program). This role focuses on supporting participants in addressing immediate needs, identifying barriers to stability, and connecting them to housing resources, benefits, and supportive services. The Case Manager works collaboratively with program staff to ensure participants receive coordinated, participant-centered support aimed at promoting stability and pathways toward housing. The Case Manager plays a critical role in engaging individuals experiencing homelessness, conducting assessments, developing service plans, and supporting participants in accessing resources that support long-term housing and overall well-being. This position requires strong engagement skills, a trauma-informed approach, and experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
