Logistics Management: Oversee daily operations, including student arrival/dismissal procedures, transportation communication, recess/ enrichment block offerings. Family Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for families; provide daily updates and handle outreach regarding attendance or student needs. Follow up with families around program attendance. Resource Coordination: Manage the inventory of cooking supplies (February) to ensure teachers have necessary materials. Lead and organize cooking activities. Staff Support: Act as a "floating" supervisor to assist with any behavioral needs or schedule shifts during the academic blocks.
