Job Overview The Site Analytics Analyst enables and empowers the digital site merchandising organization by providing analytic insights that support strategic planning, tactical execution, and customer experience optimization. This role develops and delivers business intelligence, presenting actionable reporting and analysis to inform decision-making. The analyst supports the business by analyzing FOB performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Product. They manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality insights and impactful recommendations to drive business decisions and growth.
