About The Position

As an Analytics Analyst, you’ll learn our businesses and develop strategic and analytical skills as you drive company growth and customer outcomes. You’ll get hands-on experience as you apply your talents, creativity, and passion to create innovative solutions to real-world business opportunities such as launching a new auto loan product, designing our digital engagement strategy, optimizing the workflows for our 5,000+ branch team members, or developing new tools to help our customers when they need it most. Requirements

• Current Masters or Bachelor’s degree student with an expected graduation date between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026 in a technical discipline (examples: Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Biostatistics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Analysis, Computer Science).
• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics and concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems.
• Proven experience (in an academic, athletic, volunteer, or employment context) working with teams of diverse individuals to deliver complex projects.
