The role also involves maintaining various project-related tracking and reporting spreadsheets, managing the site roster and time off calendar, and assisting with project setup activities. Additionally, the Site Admin I supports users with company software accounts, orders and maintains office supplies, ensures a clean and organized office environment, and participates in daily internal management meetings by taking minutes. The position also includes cross-training with other administrative roles for backup support. Beyond general administration, the role encompasses accounting and payroll duties, such as leading daily timesheet audits and reconciling purchase card statements. Employee relations support involves assisting with questions related to benefits, training, payroll, timesheets, time off requests, employee record updates, and equipment. Finally, the Site Admin I is expected to champion the organization's safety culture and assist the Site Safety Coordinator as needed.
