About The Position

We are hiring a SIOP Coordinator to support a growing manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for coordinating Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP/S&OP) activities to ensure alignment between demand planning, production scheduling, inventory, and customer delivery . If you have experience in supply chain, production planning, or order management and enjoy working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business , or related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SIOP/S&OP processes
• Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Data analysis or reporting experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the full SIOP/S&OP planning cycle
• Align sales forecasts, customer orders, and production schedules
• Track orders from entry through shipment to ensure on-time delivery
• Review daily production and material requirements to meet demand
• Coordinate purchasing and inventory planning , including expediting materials
• Identify risks related to capacity, materials, or supply chain constraints
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Engineering teams
• Analyze data and report on KPIs, service levels, and operational performance
• Drive process improvements across planning and logistics workflows
• Support new product launches and production readiness
