Once a job is sold, each customer is paired with their assigned representative. Throughout the duration of the remodeling project, the SSR not only processes all paperwork pertaining to their contract and permit, but also schedules appointments, tracks progress, and maintains constant communication with our homeowners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1-2yrs of Computer/Administrative Experience
  • At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and multiple deadlines
  • Must have a passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
  • This Company Participates in E-Verify

Nice To Haves

  • Construction/Home Improvement Administrative Experience is Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service support to homeowners from the point of sale through project completion, creating opportunities for a world-class experience
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to schedule appointments, provide information, and facilitate resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of documents and communication regarding remodeling projects
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents
  • Coordinate with the sales department and field operations to maintain consistent communication with customers
