About The Position

The Signage Coordinator is responsible for the successful execution and implementation of assigned projects and initiatives, in support of the Visual Merchandising execution management team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Experience with Project Management best practices
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Strong analytical and communications skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint. Project Management software (ideally Workfront and/or Asana) and Adobe CC experience a strong plus.
Adaptability, passion, and solution-oriented mindset required

Nice To Haves

Agency or in-house creative team experience preferred

Responsibilities

Successfully manage day-to-day schedules, daily and weekly timelines and creative review/executive reviews for sale and event signage for Visual team
Initiate and assign projects in project management tool and ensure all required supporting documentation is complete and accurate
Communicate project timing, status and next steps to stakeholders to ensure schedule adherence
Work with signage team to upload creative assets into project management tool in preparation of creative reviews
Manages smaller quick-turn projects, as assigned
Support graphic designers and manager(s) on assigned projects
Track and route in-flight projects from kick-off through final delivery of assets
Coordinates with the visual merch, studio and production team to ensure timely flow of creative images/assets
Collaborate with visual, branding and creative teams throughout the content creation cycle
Collaborates with external creative partners, vendor, agencies, etc., as needed
