About The Position

The Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee is looking for outgoing and dependable people to work part time as Shuttle Drivers. We offer flexible work schedules, and for those interested, cross-training in a variety of positions and the opportunity to learn the hotel industry. As a Shuttle Driver on our team, you will have the following responsibilities: Safely transport guests to and from identified locations, following all traffic regulations. Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome. Assist guests, as needed, with luggage, bags or any items they may be carrying. Listen, understand, and respond immediately to guest inquiries and requests for assistance. Clearly communicate the features and services of the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel shuttle by cleaning and washing it as necessary. Take shuttle for periodic servicing and fueling as required.

Requirements

Previous shuttle experience preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and pass as an approved driver by both the Company and its insurance carrier.
Ability to comprehend and abide by all traffic regulations.
Ability to effectively deal with guests, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.
Ability to handle complications and stress from driving in the local community and downtown.
Ability to work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends.
Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Ability to adhere to grooming standards.
