Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more! The Shuttle Dispatch is responsible for dispatching resort shuttles and transporters to various pick-up locations. This is a part time position on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 4:00pm - 10:00pm
Responsibilities
- Monitor shuttle routes for guest satisfaction.
- Operate and communicate effectively using a 2-way radio system.
- Monitor transportation radio traffic.
- Keep a computer log of all calls.
- Possess strong ability to multitask.
- Ability to pick up/fill vacant shuttle driver shifts if need.
- Strong phone operating skillAbility to manage a multi-line phone system.
