About The Position

This position supports both our Clearwater and Pinellas Park showrooms, so candidates must be able to work at both locations. This is a hands-on, physically active position focused on supporting the showroom, assisting with furniture movement, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment for customers and team members. You will work closely with store leadership to ensure the store remains clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
Must be a team player with strong communication skills
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Must have reliable transportation to work at both Clearwater and Pinellas Park locations

Responsibilities

Assist the Visual Merchandiser or Store Manager with setting up furniture displays and maintaining the showroom’s appearance
Move and arrange furniture throughout the showroom and warehouse
Assist with receiving deliveries and loading and unloading trucks
Perform floor moves of existing furniture and placement of new furniture
Aim showroom lighting and replace bulbs as needed
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain showroom floors
Clean and maintain restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
Wash windows and glass surfaces to keep displays looking their best
Dust furniture and décor displays
Remove trash and break down cardboard from deliveries
Help keep the stockroom and showroom clean, organized, and safe
