The company is seeking a Showroom Sales Support Representative to join its team.

Requirements

• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Appliance, lighting and/or plumbing fixture product knowledge is preferred
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the behind the scenes sales functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
• Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders.
• Assist walk-in traffic and answer phones in the showroom
• Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
