We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant – Showroom Operations to join our New York City Sales Office at Fossil Group. In this role, you will support the sales organization while owning the day-to-day operations and management of the NYC showroom, ensuring a seamless, professional experience for clients, partners, and internal teams. An ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, customer-focused, and takes pride in being the go-to resource who keeps operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. What you will do in this role Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors to the NYC showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience Manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring the space is always client-ready and customer-facing Coordinate showroom logistics including supplies, catering, maintenance, messenger services, and car services Manage sample shipments, inventory, deliveries, displays, and maintain a complete and accurate set of samples across all brands Own showroom setup and execution for Market Week (twice per year), executive-level meetings, and weekly customer meetings across multiple floors Support IT and presentation setup for ELT meetings and key sales presentations Schedule and manage contract employees and coordinate with visual teams on installations, fixture updates, and graphic changes Interface with building management, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with showroom construction projects, improvements, renovations, and PR event execution Provide administrative and operational support to the Boutique, Off-Price, and Canada sales teams, including reporting, meeting prep, sample coordination, merchandising support, and data entry Who You Are (Requirements) Ability to work in-office 5 days per week, with additional availability during Market Week and major meeting preparation Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset Highly organized self-starter who takes ownership of showroom operations and prioritizes effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent multitasking and time management abilities Comfortable engaging with and coordinating vendors, building management, and external partners Able to manage and delegate work to support staff and contract employees Tech-savvy, including setting up presentations for executive-level meetings Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace Interest in building a career within a fast-paced fashion organization, with growth potential in sales, marketing, or e-commerce Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus What We Offer Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health and well-being services.
