About The Position

The Showroom Coordinator will be a key part of Premier Blinds and Designs’ operations team, responsible for maintaining the showroom, assisting clients, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the sales and project management teams.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft/Google Office Suite (Word, Excel), Adobe Suite, or CRM software
  • Minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Experience in customer service, retail management, or operations

  • Experience in interior design or window treatments

Responsibilities

  • Keep the showroom organized, clean, and safe, ensuring displays and sample books are updated and functional.
  • Greet clients, answer phone calls and emails, and provide information about products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service while approaching client conversations with a consultative approach.
  • Convert incoming inquiries into qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Manage CRM data entry, ensuring client information and project details are current and accurate.
  • Process and track service requests, repairs, and parts orders.
  • Order fabric memos and samples as needed.
  • Confirm next-day installations and assist with scheduling when necessary.
  • Support project managers with administrative and client-facing tasks.
  • Review showroom maintenance and address display or cleanliness needs.
  • Prepare for and attend production meetings with the operations team.
  • Manage showroom and office supplies, vendor accounts, and sample book inventory.
  • Schedule vendor meetings and maintain records of accounts.
  • Participate in quarterly team meetings and training sessions.
