About The Position

This position is responsible for ordering new parts, staging parts, inspecting parts, and returning parts/cores in support of the Service Department. This includes entering Cat parts orders, ordering outside items from external vendors, tracking parts locations on an assembly line checklist to ensure all parts are staged, and expediting the timely arrival of all parts needed for scheduled jobs.

School Diploma or GED Preferred
At least 5 years of customer service and/or warehouse experience; Auto parts industry is highly desired.
At least 3 years of computer experience.
Proficient in MS Office software. (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
valid driver's license
ability to obtain a forklift license
capable of accurate order processing
Exceptional customer service skills
able to interact well with customers and fellow employees
ability to frequently reach, bend, walk, etc.
able to lift 50 pounds approximately 10 times a day
able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required
Excellent attendance is required
