Join the Pape’ Team! As a Shop Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience for equipment repair and service at Pape’. In this fast-paced, multifaceted position, you will manage the flow of work in and out of the service department, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently each day. You will be responsible for assigning work orders to technicians, auditing paperwork for accuracy and completeness, and helping maintain organized, up-to-date service records. This role also involves learning and navigating internal systems to track job progress, update service information, and support overall workflow management. This position is highly focused on internal customer service, requiring close collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams. You will work alongside various departments within the office to provide accurate, timely updates on job status and service progress. This role offers the opportunity to build your technical knowledge while developing strong organizational and operational skills.
