About The Position

Supervise and coordinate the shipping of products to customers. Enforce company warehousing policies and procedures. Assist the Shipping Manager in meeting department goals.

Requirements

• A thorough understanding of warehousing functions, including the handling of perishable and temperature-controlled items.
• Ability to operate end rider pallet truck, sit down lift truck and reach truck.
• The ability to repetitively bend and lift 40 to 70 pounds and repetitively move on and off equipment.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees on proper techniques of selecting and loading of products.
• Complete weekly selector performance observations.
• Create daily TZA performance reports and review performance levels with employees.
• Support Trainer with training and development of new hires.
• Investigate credits/errors and communicate data to employees.
• Monitor reporting for delayed starts/breaks/lunches/dock time to improve warehouse time management.
• Enforce the company safety program to meet safety goals.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
