Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Pump Mechanic experience or mechanically inclined
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Physical ability to lift packages and operate warehouse equipment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups to optimize delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation for tracking purposes.
Inspect outgoing shipments for damage and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
Prepare and paint outgoing pumps in accordance with our procedures
Assist the mechanics team with basic mechanic tasks in the DCI bay
Collaborate with team members to improve shipping processes and efficiency.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping status and issues.
Utilize shipping software and tools to streamline operations and reporting.
