About The Position
Warehouse / Shipping Supervisor Location: Euless, Texas Schedule: Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Starting Pay: $60,461 annually Lead the Way as Our Next Warehouse / Shipping Supervisor! As a Warehouse / Shipping Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring materials flow smoothly through our facility. You’ll support your team, collaborate across departments, and help us maintain the high standards our customers expect. What You’ll Do as a Warehouse / Shipping Supervisor Lead and coordinate all shipping and receiving activities. Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. Verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications against work orders. Keep shipments on schedule using reports, dashboards, and your strong attention to detail. Train, support, and guide shipping team members. Prepare Bills of Lading, UPS/FedEx labels, and all required shipping documentation. Maintain accurate inventory records and identify areas for improvement. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Participate in cross-training to broaden your skills and support your department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on work and leadership responsibilities. Requirements What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred). 5+ years of warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience. Prior leadership experience or demonstrated leadership ability. Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions for clarity. Ability to read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, and basic math. Confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Requirements
