Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred).
- 5+ years of warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience.
- Prior leadership experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions for clarity.
- Ability to read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, and basic math.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all shipping and receiving activities.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications against work orders.
- Keep shipments on schedule using reports, dashboards, and your strong attention to detail.
- Train, support, and guide shipping team members.
- Prepare Bills of Lading, UPS/FedEx labels, and all required shipping documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Participate in cross-training to broaden your skills and support your department.
