About The Position

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Shipping & Receiving Specialist opportunity at NDX Rogers in Athens, TN. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Requirements

Data entry and computer skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Billing experience required

Responsibilities

Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases
Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production
Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier
Performs the scheduling function for each case
Through LIS enter demographics and customer information
Print preference notes matching to case
Move case into production area
Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues
Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage
Answer all incoming calls
Respond to all inquiries from customer’s office
Refers all technical inquires to appropriate team member
Route delivery when needed
All other duties as assigned
