About The Position

Viking Cues, an MRA member, is recruiting for a permanent, full-time Shipping/Receiving Specialist. Viking Cue Manufacturing LLC, located in Middleton, WI, has been manufacturing handcrafted custom cues since 1965. Viking Cues is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to focus on the timely, efficient, and accurate handling of materials and inventory management. This includes production, quality, customer satisfaction, safety, and inventory management. Priority is placed on overall quality, safety, accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.

Requirements

1-3 years of shipping/receiving and/or material handling experience required.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
Prior experience in roles demanding a strong focus on timeliness, urgency, and operational efficiency.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the timely, efficient, and accurate handling of materials and inventory management.
Picking and packaging to fulfill customer orders.
Process shipping using company software to ensure quality and timely delivery to customers.
Receiving of internal production and purchased items into company software to ensure inventory accuracy.
Material handling utilizing forklift.
Assist in production, tagging, and QC as needed.
Ensure regular maintenance of equipment, operational safety and building security.
