This full-time management position involves overseeing all shipping and receiving operations at our Lawrenceville, NJ site, managing inventory processes, and leading a diverse team to ensure efficient package handling, storage, and distribution. Reporting to JLL's Facilities Manager, you'll manage critical supply chain operations for pharmaceutical clients while supervising staff and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires strategic thinking to optimize workflows, manage vendor relationships, ensure seamless operations, and work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
