About The Position

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end physical flow of inventory. This role ensures all inbound and outbound operations are executed with speed, precision, and complete accuracy.

This is a hands-on position where attention to detail and accountability are critical. The ideal candidate takes full ownership of their work, resolves issues proactively, and supports overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse or shipping experience in a high-volume environment
• ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred)
• Forklift operation experience required (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

• Retail compliance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship all orders
• Ensure compliance with all retailer routing guides
• Schedule freight, coordinate pickups, and communicate with carriers
• Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, labels, etc.) accurately and on time
• Verify all outgoing orders before shipment leave our facility
• Track shipments and address issues proactively
• Receive and inspect incoming goods promptly and accurately
• Match all receipts to purchase orders—no blind receiving
• Enter receipts into NetSuite in real time
• Properly label and store inventory upon receipt
• Identify and report discrepancies immediately
• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records
• Follow FIFO and lot tracking procedures consistently
• Monitor stock levels and communicate potential shortages
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready
• Complete all transactions in NetSuite without delay
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation
• Follow standard operating procedures and compliance requirements
• Assist production and operations teams as needed
• Take initiative to resolve bottlenecks and maintain workflow efficiency
